I'm pressing on with completing the first of the games temples- the Lunar Temple. Don't worry, there's 4 temple/dungeons in the game, all of them are about 80% complete, I just go back and forth between them all.
Maybe you could help me speed up things. I'm looking for a music track (MOD) that has the same eery feeling or sounds like the Forest Temple track from Ocarina of Time (link).

Apples

I've given Spud a projectile attack- he throws apples. This is used to kill enemies, knock switches, destroy certain blocks, etc. Gives me a little more variety in the puzzle department too.
The enemies (bats and snakes so far) are mainly found in the dungeons, and respawn once you leave the screen, ala Zelda.

Nearly a year since I last updated, that's nuts...
Well, to be honest I havent done that much really. i open up the game now and then and do a few things, but majority of my time has been towards my online crime game Syndicate (http://balamoosh.com) which is taking off really well.
I did a little on Spuds a couple of weeks ago while on holiday (vacation), and managed to fix something that'd been bugging me for a while- the block code.
To test the block gravity I'd been looping through every block on the map, and things were slowing down. So I sorted that out by making gravity only affect blocks on screen, silly to think I didn't address that earlier.
I also added a couple more puzzles / rooms to the dungeons.
